The Pack + Mini Pack

We have a 30-day return policy for The Pack + Mini Pack. If you’d like to return, head over to our Returns Portal, fill out your email and order number, and we'll send you a return label. All returns must have tags attached. To cover our return shipping and restocking fees, we’ll deduct $5 from your purchase order.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. If you send your Pack or Mini Pack back without the original tags, we can’t accept your return for quality assurance reasons.
