Can I return the Toy Tushbaby

The Toy Tushbaby: We have a 30-day return policy for The Toy Tushbaby. All returns must include the tags and toy warning labels attached. If you'd like to return, head over to our Returns Portal, fill out your email and order number, and we'll send you a return label.

To cover our return shipping and restocking fees, we’ll deduct $5 from your purchase order. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. If you return your Toy Tushbaby without the original tags and toy warning labels, we can’t accept your return for quality assurance reasons.
