What's your warranty policy?

All Tushbabies come with 1-year product warranty, which covers any manufacturer defects. Snug and Pearl comes with a 6 month product warranty, which covers any manufacturing defect. All other products have a 90-day warranty. If you need product support or replacement for broken products, please submit a claim via our warranty form. We’ll get you the support you need STAT.

Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user. So like, spaghetti sauce stains wouldn’t fly.
