Is the combination suitable for all ages up to 3 years?

Attaching the Snug to your Tushbaby Hipseat Carrier converts it into a hands-free soft carrier that can be used for children up to 3 years old. The Snug is not suitable for newborns, but can be used in the face-to-face position once your infant reaches 12 lbs. Remember that baby must sit face-to-face until they can hold their head upright.
